Ordered on October 20, 2017, and was allegedly shipped on October 23, 2017. Non receipt of items ordered.
Company cannot find a tracking number as they say the order was shipped "in bulk". Attempts to speak to a human over the phone result in a recording telling you to leave a message.
There is no attempt at speaking with someone other than the person I spoke with last who told me that they would not even consider a refund until a month had elapsed between the order date and the date of non-receipt. And yet this company keeps bombarding me with emails asking me to order additional merchandise.
