Not resolved

Ordered Program Plus on the 9th of May. It is now the 19th of May and when I called to track my order, I got a very strange Indian customer center.

I was told that my order was coming from "their pharmacy in Australia" and would be here sometime next week. After reading these reviews, I called again to say that I would want to return the item (after it's received) for a refund. I'm being told that they will refund my money but that I will have to ship the item to the U.K. and that my shipping will not be refunded.

Mind you, the refund policy states that they must receive the item within 5 business's taking 14 days (minimum per the customer rep) to arrive here after it's been sent...and I have to get it to London. I highly doubt I'll get it there within 5 days after I receive it. Honestly, I don 't trust the product after reading these reviews and wouldn't give it to my precious dog.

Looks like I'm about to learn that I've wasted $60. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
