I ordered a one-year supply of HeartGard from this outfit in Canada, for a quick shipment to Illinois. That was on July 15th and it is now August 2nd.

So far, no merchandise. I will NEVER order from them again and in a couple of days, I guess I will contact my credit card company and file a complaint. Honestly, I've had much quicker service, even when I've ordered from Australia! I have contacted them for shipping updates and have only gotten excuses.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like I'm being ripped off!

I thought this was a reputable company, but I'm now wondering if I was wrong...? I'm sure not a happy camper.
